- COST: €15 (our courier partner in South Africa is The Courier Guy)
- SHIPPING TIME: 3 - 5 Working days (Mon - Fri)
- Goods are dispatched from our warehouse in South Africa. Duties are included.
Please provide a clear, valid delivery address including Eircode. If there are any special instructions regarding a delivery, please indicate this in the special instruction box.
Please ensure an active email address and mobile number are provided. We will use these details to contact you should there be any issues with your order or to arrange delivery.
Tracking
Once your order is packed and processed, you will receive an email to let you know it has been dispatched including your tracking number.
Which countries do you ship to?
We currently only ship to the Republic of Ireland and South Africa.
Can you ship on my behalf as a gift?
- Yes. Be sure to add the recipient's address in the delivery address section.
- If you'd like orders to be sent to more than one recipient please place separate orders as only one delivery address can be added to each order.
- If you are ordering a card, pop the message in the notes box at checkout and we will handwrite the card for you.
- Payment information is never included with orders.
- Free gift wrapping available on request.
Buying Multiple Gifts
If you are buying more than one gift/greeting card to be sent to different addresses, then please place a separate order for each one.
What if the recipient is not there when the delivery arrives?
South African Deliveries:
- Our delivery partners will make every effort to get every package to the specified destination safely and on time. If the recipient is not at the address when the package arrives, the courier will try again within the next 2-3 days.
- If delivery attempts have been unsuccessful, it will then be up to the recipient to contact the delivery company to arrange collection or re-delivery.
- The courier costs within South Africa will need to be paid again.
Returns
Returns
We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start your return you can contact us at hintsofhome.ie@gmail.com. We will issue a replacement product or a full refund for the wrong item being dispatched by us (once we receive the returned product). We will take postage and packaging charges into account.
Returns for any other reason will receive a refund (once we receive the returned product). The cost of postage and packing in this instance must be borne by the customer.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not.
If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund. If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at hintsofhome.ie@gmail.com.
